Each season, Korzo has a wide assortment of exciting, poignant, groundbreaking, and comic performances in various genres such as dance, world music, theatre, new music, mime, and music theatre.

It is important to us to inspire today’s art lovers, but also those of the future, this why Korzo values its partnership with secondary education. We offer an education program tailor-made per performance. In addition to this, Korzo gladly enters into long-term partnerships with schools, such with the Johan de Witt Education Group and the project the Cultural institution as classroom.

Education made to order
Korzo offers you in-depth programs that are tailor-made to your needs. This can be in a variety of forms, such as introductions to performances, after talks, workshops, and meet & greets. As an example, we offer in partnership with the creatives of mime theatre group Bambie an after talk, or dance workshops with the dancers of Club Guy & Roni for different levels of skill.

Group excursions as part of creative arts education
It is possible to arrange field trips with your students to attend performances and concerts in our theatre under supervision of one or more teachers. Your students pay only € 7,50 for their ticket at Korzo. If you are a teacher and you have a performance in mind, please get in touch with Judith van Hemert, staff member for education at Korzo.   

Cultural institution as classroom
Korzo, together with the Johan de Witt Education Group, has developed the teaching module The Cultural Institution as Classroom on the subject of dance. In four lessons, the students follow workshops in different dance styles. The students then make an original short choreography, work together, and learn to present their work.
