Korzo and Nederlands Dans Theater celebrate the coming of spring with the yearly dance festival Voorjaarsontwaken. Korzo’s doors will be flung wide for surprising choreographic talent from home and abroad. Remarkable and brand-new performances are combined to a varied evening of dance where everyone can discover their own favourite talent.
This year, Japanese choreographer Kenzo Kusuda creates the solo Braille for Indian dancer Indu Panday and young talent from the Hague Rutkay Özpinar has been invited to create a new duet. Furthermore you can see BOKKO by Karel van Laere & Vanja Rukavina and Exceptions occur by Tom Weinberger & Milena Twiehaus. The evening is complemented with pieces by Menghan Lou and Alexander Anderson from the latest edition of Switch, the annual benefit program staged and performed by dancers from NDT.
The program is different each day. Check the daily progam here.
