You don't push boundaries alone
BEYOND has mastered the art of laddering. Laddering what? Laddering! It is an energetic and astonishing circus and dance performance in which we see six artists seeking out and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. With ladders, movement and collaboration, they build exciting constructions and literally balance on the edge of what is possible. Every step requires trust, courage and very precise work. With this method, they show us how far you can go if you dare to let go and hold on to each other. Physical dependence has never been so exciting.
Circumstances is a Belgian circus and dance company under the artistic direction of Piet Van Dycke. Circumstances develops, produces and distributes wordless, impactful circus and dance performances. Van Dycke collaborates as a choreographer with circus performers. They are always created in/for/with other Circumstances (circumstances): location and/or theatre performances from different circus disciplines, with children/young people/elderly people, for different target groups.
