A new brand of knife-throwing human
Ever heard of Homo Sapiens Idioticus? Finally, we can take a (risky) look into the lives of this foolish human species. We see Simone and Joris from Company Midnight not shying away from danger, but seeking it out. With knives, that is. Lots. Of. Knives. For once, we are allowed to get close to their natural habitat where something can fall down at any moment. Welcome to the unhealthy mix of a new kind of human, a new kind of knife-throwing, a rebellious computer and lots of bad ideas.
Company Midnight was founded in 2015 by the non-profit organization ShakeThat: a collaboration between Simone Scaini and Joris Verbeeren. Joris is an autodidact, lover of slapstick, manipulation with everyday objects and the night .... Simone is neurotic, autodidact and “Mad Professor”. Chauvinistic when it comes to food and drinks, and obsessed with the night. Together they created the show “Us” in which they delve into the world of knife throwing and give it a completely new and unique twist.
